Kale
You can't beat kale if your are looking for tasty greens with high vitamin content. Kale is very high in vitamins and is prepared like spinach. May be sown from May to September and is not harmed by cold weather. Plants should be about 18 inches apart, in rows 2 1/2 feet apart. An ounce sows 200 feet of row. |
